Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Hooper Music Studio. By accessing our website and booking lessons with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Lesson Bookings

  • Bookings must be made through our online portal or by contacting the studio directly.
  • Lessons are subject to teacher availability.
  • You must have a valid account to book and manage lessons.

2. Payments

  • Payment is required to secure your lesson booking.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit card through our secure payment processor (Stripe).
  • Lesson packages and semester fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
  • Reschedule Credits: If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, you will receive a "Reschedule Credit" which can be used to book a make-up lesson within the current semester.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson start time will result in the forfeiture of the lesson fee. No credit or refund will be issued.
  • Teacher Cancellations: If a teacher cancels a lesson, you will receive a full credit or refund for that lesson.

4. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all students and teachers.

  • Students are expected to be punctual and prepared for their lessons.
  • Respectful behavior towards teachers and other students is mandatory.
  • Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services.

5. Liability

Hooper Music Studio is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property that may occur on our premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
