Booking & Lessons
You can book a lesson directly through our website. Simply navigate to the "Book a Lesson" page, select your instrument, choose a teacher, and pick a time slot that works for you. You'll need to create an account or log in to complete the booking.
We offer lessons for a wide variety of instruments including Piano, Singing/Voice, Guitar, Violin, Cello, Flute, Saxophone, and Clarinet. Our teachers are experienced professionals in their respective fields.
We are located in Forest Lake, Brisbane. You can find our exact location and a map on our Location page.
Payments & Billing
We accept secure online payments via Stripe. You can pay for lessons individually or purchase lesson packages. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Yes, invoices are automatically generated for your bookings. You can view and download your invoices from the "Invoices" section in your Student Portal dashboard.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel a lesson, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a reschedule credit that can be used to book a make-up lesson.
When you cancel a lesson more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a Reschedule Credit is added to your account. You can use this credit to book a new lesson at a later date without any additional payment. Credits are valid for the current semester.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson start time are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a reschedule credit or refund, as our teachers have reserved that time specifically for you.
